Precaution for immunization
- 1. Observe for 20~30 minutes after vaccination before heading home and observe your baby carefully at home for 24 hours.
- 2. Minor redness and pain at the vaccination part usually disappear within 2 days.
- 3. Fever, helplessness, muscle pain, headache, etc. may occur after vaccination.
- 4. Avoid a strenuous exercise or a long travel.
- 5. Vaccination in the morning is recommended to secure safety against adverse vaccination reactions,
- 6. BCG intradermal vaccination is available only for patients who made appointment by call
- 7. In case of abnormal symptoms like high fever, extreme whining, convulsion, etc., consult with a doctor at a pediatric hospital or a community health center.
